Toronto Man Wins Giant Online Poker Tournament
Absolute Poker today revealed the winner of the second Absolute Dream Package promotion. Daniel Boone, a 31-year-old construction worker and father of three from Toronto, Canada, finished first in the Sunday, April 9th online poker tournament to claim the grand prize worth $150,000.
The prize package grants Boone access to over $100 million in land-based tournament prize pools.

Italy: Good For Online Gaming
According to a report released by consulting firm MECN, the Italian market will be key and will see a lot of growth.
The Italian gambling market will be, as MECN says, "A Forerunner in the Liberalisation of European Gambling Markets."
The firm is projecting that the Italian markey will grow by 64 percent by the year 2010 with turnover of €61 billion, while the retail betting market will grow by around 200 percent its current size and interactive betting will grow by about 240 percent of its current level.
